Hôtel accueillant et chaleureux. Emplacement pratique et proche de nombreux restaurants. Chambres confortables et propres. Petit-déjeuner varié et bien fourni. Visite intéressante de la Ferme aux Crocodiles.
Il n'y avait rien que je n'aimais pas.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were simply charming. The cozy furniture and beautiful artwork made me feel right at home. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like me, with well-maintained walkways and handrails throughout the property.
I would have loved to see more activities and events catered specifically for senior guests. Perhaps some gentle exercise classes or organized outings would have made the vacation even better for us seniors.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the house. It was sparkling and immaculate, making us feel instantly comfortable. the beds were also very cozy and provided a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, which had all the basics like tea, coffee, and herbs, making it easy to cook our own meals.
One thing to note is that transportation is essential as the cottage is located a bit far from amenities and attractions. this was not a major issue for us as the owners kindly provided us with rides when needed.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. They provided transportation when needed and were always friendly and accommodating. the cottage itself had everything we could ask for, including all the amenities for a cozy and comfortable stay. the owners even had donkeys on the premises, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. the antique shop on site was a nice added bonus.
The need for transportation, as the location was in a remote area. the staff did provide rides when necessary.

Beautiful views of the Sperrin Mountains and Lough Neagh, cozy cottages with fully equipped kitchens, open fireplaces, and private bathrooms. Enjoyed angling at the Ballinderry River and the convenience of being near Belfast International Airport.
Absolutely nothing to dislike, it was all a dream.

We got excellent value for our money at the cottages. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The location was peaceful and quiet, and the staff, Nuala and Rosie, were incredibly kind and accommodating. We also enjoyed meeting Opal and Amber, the adorable donkeys on site. We would definitely come back for another stay.
Breakfast choices could be more varied.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the cottage. The soft floral prints and pastel colors made me feel right at home. The general areas were kept clean and tidy, making it easy for me to move around and navigate as a senior woman. Plus, the cottage was designed with accessibility in mind, with handrails in the bathroom and easy-to-reach amenities. It made my stay comfortable and worry-free.
I would have appreciated a dedicated concierge service or more assistance from the children working there, especially for senior guests like myself. It would have been nice to have someone readily available to help with carrying luggage or providing guidance on local attractions.

The cottage was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed for our stay. The owners and their family were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about the area. We also appreciated the fact that the cottage was in a peaceful and quiet location.
The resort was quite small and felt a bit isolated, as it was in the middle of nowhere. We were expecting a larger resort with more amenities and activities.
